This actually quite nice, although it has some flaws. Start Adobe Reader from outside a browser, and use the following hotkeys:
Ctrl+L fullscreen mode Ctrl+O open (you can open more than one file at a time) Ctrl+Shift+N goto page Ctrl+Tab cycle between open files Ctrl+W close file
Problem: You cannot reload a file, except by closing it and opening it again :(
